Step one: set your password

We've created your account using the email you just paid with. Check your inbox for a link from Grossen Performance to set your password, then log in and open your course library.

Where to start

Watch it in order. The lessons build on each other. The early ones are the reasoning, and everything after them assumes you have it.
Pick your goal before you pick a drill. One choice decides your exercises, your sets and reps, and the check that tells you when to move on.
Watch all four goal videos. They are the same lesson taught for four different goals. You run the one that matches you.
