I don't write programs. I build systems.

My coaching started the hard way. At 19, a Muay Thai injury wrecked me. No one had the system I needed to rebuild, so I built it. Piece by piece, client by client, year by year.

That system now runs for executives, professionals, and competitive athletes across Europe and Canada. Different jobs, different ceilings, same frameworks.

I'm pursuing an MSc in Strength & Conditioning at Altis. It doesn't change what I coach. It sharpens how I coach it.

What to expect

Every timeline depends on two things: your goal and your consistency.

  • Fat loss: 2–3 months to see real progress.
  • Muscle and strength: 6–12 months for meaningful gains.
  • Performance: depends on your sport, your history, and your starting point.

Do you coach beginners?

Yes. A beginner who shows up beats an experienced lifter who doesn't. We start from where you actually are and build from there. No judgment, no shortcuts skipped.

What if I have injuries?

Yes. Full injury history is part of intake and assessment. We program around limitations, not over them. Where something needs medical attention beyond my scope, I'll refer.

When does training start?

Once you've signed the coaching agreement, training starts within 5 working days. GP Complete begins with a 60-minute virtual onboarding session; GP Athletic goes straight to programming.

How involved is the day-to-day coaching?

You log sessions in the GP Platform. I review check-ins every Monday, form videos every Wednesday and Saturday, and I'm reachable via messaging every day. Athletic has a short training and recovery check-in. Complete goes deeper: training, recovery, sleep, nutrition, and habits. Every one gets a response.

What equipment do I need?

Most programs are written around a standard commercial gym. If you have constraints (home gym, minimal equipment, hotel gyms), we'll cover it on the discovery call and design around what you've got.

What if I travel or miss a week?

Travel doesn't have to mean time off. Tell us ahead and we'll adjust the week to fit what you have access to (hotel gym, minimal equipment, bodyweight). Sickness happens too. We scale back and pick up when you're ready.

Can I pause or switch packages?

We handle pauses case-by-case when something genuinely requires it. Week-to-week flexibility is already built in (see travel/illness above). Between blocks, we can switch your package if your goals shift.
