After three decades of intense exercise and two as an elite athlete, he carried hip replacements, a damaged shoulder, and a calf tear. He was in pain, losing mobility, and getting weaker.

Post-ACL surgery, a full rebuild. We also worked on his nutrition to fuel his performance, lift his energy levels, and resolve food sensitivities driving gut issues. He's now competing in Hyrox races.

It's not about how much you can give once. It's what you can repeat for years.

My academic background is physiotherapy, MSc from UCLouvain with Great Distinction. That background shapes my coaching. Training always has setbacks. The solution is never avoidance. It's about knowing when to zoom in and zoom out, between the issue and the greater picture: sleep, nutrition, recovery, movement quality.

I've worked with athletes up to the Olympic level alongside everyday lifters who want to get strong without breaking.

I'm a powerlifter and former Freestyle Calisthenics National Champion. I've competed, I've plateaued, I've rebuilt. I coach strength from that experience, not just from a textbook.

What to expect

Every timeline depends on two things: your goal and your consistency.

  • Fat loss: 2–3 months to see real progress.
  • Muscle and strength: 6–12 months for meaningful gains.
  • Performance: depends on your sport, your history, and your starting point.
  • Health: surface wins (energy, sleep) in weeks; deep work (hormones, gut) months to +12 months.

Common Questions

Short answers to everything you'd ask on the discovery call.

Do you coach beginners?

Yes. A beginner who shows up beats an experienced lifter who doesn't. We start from where you actually are and build from there. No judgment, no shortcuts skipped.

What if I have injuries?

My physio background makes this my wheelhouse. We program around injuries, not despite them. Where something needs medical attention beyond coaching scope, I'll refer.

When does training start?

Once you've signed the coaching agreement, training starts within 5 working days. GP Complete begins with a 60-minute virtual onboarding session; GP Strength goes straight to programming.

How involved is the day-to-day coaching?

You log sessions in the GP Platform. We review weekly and adjust the program block by block. Form check videos are welcome anytime via messaging. On GP Complete, you submit a weekly check-in covering training, recovery, sleep, nutrition, and habits, and we read and respond to every one.

What equipment do I need?

Most programs are written around a standard commercial gym. If you have constraints (home gym, minimal equipment, hotel gyms), we'll cover it on the discovery call and design around what you've got.

What if I travel or miss a week?

Travel doesn't have to mean time off. Tell us ahead and we'll adjust the week to fit what you have access to (hotel gym, minimal equipment, bodyweight). Sickness happens too. We scale back and pick up when you're ready.

Can I pause or switch packages?

We handle pauses case-by-case when something genuinely requires it. Week-to-week flexibility is already built in (see travel/illness above). Between blocks, we can switch your package if your goals shift.
