What in-person actually looks like.

Your first session

90-minute in-person onboarding.

Intake, movement and postural screening, coordination assessment. Hormone, gut health, and personality screening. Bloodwork review if indicated. You leave with a clear picture of where your body is and what the first training block is doing about it. Your first coached session follows within the same week.

A typical week

1, 2, or 3 sessions a week.

60 minutes each, one-on-one. Arrive 15 minutes early to run your warm-up. The full hour is coached: form cues, cueing on loaded sets, adjustments in real time, progression decided in the room. Every rep logged in the GP Platform so the plan adjusts session by session.

The gym

Kings Fitness Downtown.

A full commercial gym in downtown Calgary. Free weights, racks, machines, open floor, and a coach in the room when you train. Transit-accessible, parking on site.

What to expect

Every timeline depends on two things: your goal and your consistency.

  • Fat loss: 2 to 3 months to see real progress.
  • Muscle and strength: 6 to 12 months for meaningful gains.
  • Performance: 3 to 6 months for meaningful changes.
  • Health: surface wins (energy, sleep) in weeks; deep work (hormones, gut) months to +12 months.
